Getting here
We are in the Madsen Medical Complex on the corner of Urraween Rd and Madsen Rd, opposite the Hervey Bay Hospital. Hershel Crt is accessible by turning left or right from Madsen Road; no U-turn required. There are traffic lights on the Madsen and Urraween Road corners.
There is also a pedestrian path linking to the Urraween Road footpath directly from the traffic lifts at the corner of the hospitals.
If you’re arriving on two wheels, bike racks are located at either end of the complex, and Urraween Road is one of the few well-connected bike path places in the Bay.
There are bus stops on both sides of Urraween Road within 100m of our practice.
Parking is accessed via Hershel Crt (coming off Madsen Rd). The complex has free on-street and off-street parking, including accessible parking directly in front of the breezeway.
You can find our entrance via the breezeway halfway along the building. There are signs facing Urraween Rd and Hershel Crt on the roofline of the complex. Our exterior is decorated with a Japanese wave design. The friendly faces of our reception team can be seen through the glass doors.
The practice is fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility, with fully accessible bathrooms located across the breezeway from our entrance.
